Here I practice character design with a sloth after just having read David Colman's inspiring book, The Art of Animal Character Design (with David Colman), which I bought from him at WonderCon.

I think I may do something with the cuter looking one.

Old Child Attitudes

This was an attitude exercise I did with one of my characters, Old Child. The second is an early turnaround I did with him.

Nude Model

Just a few sketches I did of a nude male model in my figure drawing class.

First Turnaround

This was the first turnaround I did in my Animation Academy class of my character, Tomboy, who first appeared in a comic I self-published last summer.

Flour Sack #2

I have a lot to learn. My teacher showed me a way to make drawings come to life. He illustrated a flour sack for me with the use of the "line of action" based on lines and curves. With the changes he gave me, this is what I did... It looks smoother as a flash file, but oh well.

Flour Sack Test

My first real 2D animation test. Flour Sack Assignment given to me by Charles Zembillas at the Animation Academy. I took my pencil test and went over it with vector drawings in Flash. It might look small...sorry.

Concept doodle for comic story "Tallya" about my grandma's life growing up in Hungary. More of this can be found here at my flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/40997640@N00/

New Blog

Welcome to my new art blog! I will be posting art, comics, and stuff here.

This is a watercolor illustration I did a few months ago.
